Laetitia is a real orchestrator who keeps a close eye on everything. Each day, what she enjoys most is being inside the hotel, of which she is deeply proud, in order to check on its cleanliness that she insists must be impeccable. She selects devoted partners with whom she shares her passion. Originally from Portugal, she arrived in Val d’Isère aged 18 with her husband, and has always been fanatical about cleanliness! Fom her early childhood, housekeeping meant well-being, self-respect and respect for others. Joining Les Barmes de l’Ours as a house maid, she climbed the ladder as a challenge and with devotion. She also loves managing her team, with whom she shares the values of hospitality: discretion, positivity, and the good fortune of working in such an idyllic place, where all employees and the Management create a unique experience for their clientele in a cosy haven for insiders.
